The company is a privately held company engaged in secondary smelting and refining of nonferrous metals. The company was incorporated in September of 1995. The registered head office of the company is located in Elgoibar, Spain. The company is also involved in primary smelting and refining of copper; rolling, drawing, and extruding of copper; copper wire (except mechanical) drawing; and secondary smelting, refining, and alloying of copper.
